Penny Elsden

Penny joined Allied Powers bringing over 20 years of experience in research, writing, and analysis across science, healthcare, and business. Her background combines scientific precision with commercial insight, having held senior roles in clinical research, medical communications, and consultancy. As Director, Penelope plays a key role in preparing detailed Memoranda of Information, executive summaries, and other sale and acquisition documentation. She also contributes to business research and report writing across our AIMS platform, ensuring each project is supported by clear, evidence-based presentation and structured analysis. Before joining Allied Powers, Penelope worked internationally as a Certified Medical Publication Professional (CMPP™) and Senior Medical Writer, leading high-quality scientific and commercial communications for major clients across Europe, the United States, and the Asia-Pacific region. Penelope holds an MSc with distinction from Imperial College London and a BSc from the University of Bristol. Her ability to blend analytical depth with clarity of communication supports Allied Powers’ mission to deliver exceptional, insight-driven results for every client.
